Thread Mill Assist Program
Welcome to the MICRO 100 Thread Mill programming software. It is designed to maximize your thread milling performance and help you create a G-code program to fit your particular machining needs through your input of the following parameters:

• Major Diameter
• Cutter Diameter
• Pitch (TPI…threads per inch)
• Full Thread depth (max)
• SFM (cutting speed)
• Feed Per Tooth (chip load)
• Number of Flutes

These parameters are “highlighted in yellow” at the right hand side of the program.

Simply select the thread form desired: UN, NPT & NPTF, or METRIC and enter the parameters of your specific application. Your G-code program will automatically be calculated and written for you.
